About Project4All

More Than a Handout—A Hand Up

At Project4All, we don't just offer a handout—we offer a hand up. Born from the belief that no one should face homelessness or hunger alone, our organisation has grown from humble beginnings into a lifeline for countless individuals on the Costa Blanca. Our mission is simple: to provide safe shelter, nourishing meals, and the compassionate support needed to transform lives. We are driven by the deep understanding that everyone deserves dignity, respect, and a second chance.

How Project4All is Fighting Homelessness—One Meal, One Bed, One Life at a Time

Men's Shelter

Our three-level townhouse offers downtrodden men a place to sleep, eat, rebuild, heal, and regain stability.

Women's Housing

Our 3 bedroom apartment, provides a secure environment for women escaping violence or hardship.

40 meals/day
5 days/week

Every weekday, we serve 40 meals to those in need—on the streets, at the beach, and in remote areas like campos.

Our Story

A Bridge to a Brighter Future

It started with a meal. A simple plate of food, offered without judgement, shared with someone who had nowhere else to turn. From that moment, Project4All grew—not as an organisation, but as a lifeline, built by people who refused to look the other way.

No one should face homelessness or hunger alone, yet on the streets of the Costa Blanca, too many do. Some have lost everything to addiction. Some have been let down by a system that forgot them. Some never had a chance to begin with. But no matter how someone ends up on the margins, one thing remains true: they are still people. People who deserve dignity, connection, and a second chance.

A Journey of Second Chances

For Arne Soeten, this mission is personal. He knows what it’s like to feel lost, to stand at the edge of rock bottom and wonder if there’s a way back. 13th July 2014 was his turning point. After years of addiction, he woke up, looked in the mirror, and didn’t recognise the person staring back. That moment led him to fight for his life—and win. But he knew he wasn’t the only one who needed a second chance.

For Matty Vermeulen, that second chance came in September 2019, when he took his last drink, his last hit. He had spent years trapped in addiction, cycling in and out of homelessness, always one step away from the streets. Now, he stands on the other side, reaching back to pull others up with him.

This is what Project4All is about: people helping people, without judgement, without conditions—just the belief that change is always possible.

A Place to Begin Again

Every night, someone on the Costa Blanca lays their head on concrete, trying to escape the cold. Every day, someone searches bins for food, unseen by the world around them. These are the people Project4All exists for.

It starts with a meal. 40 hot meals served daily, not just to fill stomachs, but to open conversations. A meal is an invitation. A chance to talk, to listen, to remind someone that they are still here, still human, still worthy.

And when they’re ready, we offer more:

  • A conversation that leads to connection.

  • A shelter that offers more than just a bed, but a chance to rebuild.

  • A path forward, through partnerships that provide skills, work, and purpose.

From safe houses for men rebuilding their lives to a women’s shelter for those escaping trauma, Project4All is more than a service—it’s a community of restoration. And soon, with a new sleeping home in Denia, we will be able to reach even more people in need.

Together, We Are Project4All

We are not just a charitable organisation—we are a movement. A collective of volunteers, donors, and individuals who choose to care.

Every meal served, every hand extended, every story rewritten—it all happens because people decide to show up.

This isn’t just about giving. It’s about showing up for someone who thought they had been forgotten. It’s about proving that compassion is action. That people are not defined by their worst moments. That hope is a decision—one we make every single day.

This is who we are. This is what we do.

This is Project4All.

Our Projects

Meet our Team
The Heart of Project4All

At Project4All, we believe that real change happens when people come together—not as leaders and followers, but as equals with a shared mission. Our team is a diverse group of volunteers, supporters, and changemakers, all driven by the same purpose: to offer dignity, support, and a second chance to those in need.

We don’t do titles, hierarchies, or egos—just people helping people. Every meal served, every shelter provided, every act of kindness begins with someone willing to step up and make a difference. And that’s what this team is about: a community of individuals who bring their time, skills, and heart to the table, proving that when we work together, we can rewrite lives and rebuild futures.
