Founder

Arne Soeten, founder of Project4All, knows firsthand the power of transformation. His own journey from struggle to hope inspired him to create a community dedicated to giving others a second chance on the Costa Blanca.

Richard Saville

Treasury

After helping rehouse a homeless man near his home with the help of Project4All, Richard Saville joined the project. He now applies decades of financial experience to ensure the project’s resources match its mission to serve with impact.

Andres Torres

Secretary

Originally from Calpe, Andrés Torres brings a background in social education and a deep belief in second chances. He supports Project4All to help create meaningful change through empathy, dignity, and small daily actions.

More than just a meal, our food run provides connection and care to those facing hunger on the Costa Blanca. We serve 40 meals daily, offering dignity and a starting point for healing.
